Hi. Has anyone removed the water tank on their H350? Is it an easy job? I want to remove to see what space I have to install a bow thruster. Thanks

Hi we have a Hanse 325 and fitted a bow thruster in 2019.

see the thread in this link https://www.myhanse.com/retractable-bow-thruster_topic11672_post96261.html?KW=bow+thruster#96261" rel="nofollow - https://www.myhanse.com/retractable-bow-thruster_topic11672_post96261.html?KW=bow+thruster#96261

Thanks for the link Paul. Good info and a nice install on your boat. I was thinking of the Vetus 45kgf with 125mm tunnel. Looks similar to your side power . A previous trend indicated tunnel needed to be under the water tank on the 350. Maybe not looking at your install. Thanks again.

No problem, but there is no room under the water tank to fit a bow thruster.  We used the compartment forward of the water tank having cut a hole out of the fiberglass underneath the forward bunk.  It was just big enough for the installation of the tunnel and a vertical mounting of the motor and gearbox. Good luck with the project.
