Mine has switched itself off a couple of times. Powers back up without issue but annoying. Has anyone else had this problem? It just might be associated with using both usb c chargers at the same time?

Are you on shore power?
I had a similar issue the VHF and Fusion Radio came on by themselves. We put in new individual  fuses to each item VHF, Fusion and AIS so hopefully that is a fix.
There seems to be an issue between shore power and the system as I suspect a power spike caused the issue.

I didn‘t have any problems like that, yet.
But how do I connect the panel with the Simarine App?
It doesn’t work in all three Wifi modes.

if you scroll through the Simarine menu, there's an option to show a QR code, try scanning that with the app.

Simarine said using both usb chargers at the same time is probably the issue so suggested just using one and seeing if the problem re-occurs. Will try. Yes we've had Fusion switching itself on by itself. My dealer suggested too much data on nmea2000 network might be the cause?  Power spike sounds more likely. Woke the marina at 3am when Fusion self selected Jimi Hendrix at near max volume.

I've started a new thread as someone who constantly experiences this problem. The issue worsened especially when connecting to a Simarine NMEA2000. The Simarine dealer in my country finally acknowledged the problem and, after much effort, released an update. Now I'm trying to understand how to install this update. I think it's only possible by connecting with a special device. This update is crucial because Simarine can suddenly shut down, potentially disrupting your navigation system during night sailing and changing your route, or causing your food to melt. I would appreciate it if anyone with knowledge on how to fix this problem would share their experience.
