The Refrigerator button on my Wurth panel is blinking. I understand this to mean that the fuse is blown. I've checked the 3 blue coloured 15amp blade fuses on the back of the panel that I believe correspond to the refrigerator button. I've even switched them around. However they are intact and the button is still blinking. Any ideas on how I should go about diagnosing this further.

The 4 fridge fuses are 2.1.1, 2.1.2,2.3.1,2.3.2, but you can also lift the entire socket (white in your pic) where the Wago plug is inserted to see if this one did not loose the connection with the panel. I had this problem with the anchor which did not engage despite the fuse was fine.

If you remove the WAGO connectors, be sure to note the exact locations. Maybe mark the black plug location with the marker. If they go back in offset by one slot, you will effective be reversing polarity.

Looking at this photo again and referencing Marcella's comment I notice that, one of the fuse sockets is unpopulated. I'm not sure exactly how the circuit behaves. But given that one switch is controlling 4 outputs I guess the unpopulated socket may be sensed as a blown fuse. I'll try to add a fuse in there and see if that fixes it.

Well that was it. I added the fourth fuse to the refrigerator circuit and it started working. It has been working for the last 4 days. However today, the wurth board showed all the lights blinking and the fridge was off. I needed to switch off the service battery switch and switch it back on to get the board to boot up again.

What does all lights on the board flashing mean?

I have tried to put a video of the behaviour below. Hope it works.

All lights blinking? Could be something related to low battety voltage. Did you notice the voltage on the top display? I had something like that while swapping original AGMs to lithium. Not necessarily the batteries were low, but after multiple ons and offs I made the system confusedBig smile. I think there is also a capacitor somewhere which keeps the currents running even when batteries are completely dead, which will also need time to be charged again. I didnt get into all the details of it, but if everything is back working, I wouldnt bother.

Thanks. Great call out. Checked the service batteries today and the terminals were full off green corrosion.

Cleaned it out and re-started the fridge. Fingers crossed.
