Hello- I am a new owner of the Hanse 360 that was just released this year and am finding a lot of quality issues with the boat systems, in particular substantial issues with the electrical and plumbing (head) where they were not installed correctly. I have hull #12 and am the first to have a 360 in the U.S. I wondered if there are any owners out there for hull #1-11 of this model and if you are also experiencing issues with any of the boat systems.

Just a note, for anyone considering upgrading to the new 360 I would not recommend it based on the issues I am experiencing.

It's good to reach out the way you are, and I hope you get answers from other owners of 360's.

In the way of a comment, however, I just want to say that its normal for new boats to have teething issues for the first year/season.     These are complex systems and when it comes to plumbing, electronics or rigging, its normal to have setup and break-in issues.    On this front,  just keep a running list going with your dealer and do NOT let them off the hook until each and every one is addressed to your satisfaction.    In my case, I spent months trying to find a NMEA2000 issue with my electronics.   It turns out that the installer at the factory jammed the connector in too hard and damaged it.   Things like this happen and are easily fixed.

That said,  there is a difference between config or "screw tightening issues" and things just being installed wrong at the factory.     Either way,  keep Hanse and your dealer responsible.
