Greetings!

New member – first post!  Does anyone have experience transporting a 371 (2003) deep keel over-the-road?  If so, do you know the full measurement from bottom of keel to topmost obstruction?  I’ve come across 14’ 2” which is….tall! Unfortunately, boat is in water and not nearby so directly measuring is a challenge.

We shipped our 2001 371 a few years back. To meet height restrictions, we had to take part of the steering pedestal down. It ended up being higher than the cabin. Our rudder is shorter than our keel though, so our measurements may be quite different than what yours will be.

Thank you CanuckStuff~  Ya, on the deep keel version, the 14' 2" measurement I believe is correct assumes the wheel and pedestal bar have been removed. Seems to me that the boat was designed for water, not highways.
