Hi everyone I am a new owner of the 505, I would like to replace the 25kg Delta with a 35KG ultra, has anyone done that swap, I would like to know if it fits ok on the bow . Thanks, Vito.

Thank you very much, do you have a picture of the Ultra on the 505. Do you think the 35KG was appropriate size and do you have any issues with the windlass and the heavier anchor. Thanks

I don't have a pic of it specifically, but you can kinda see it in this pic. I think 35kg is perfect for a cruiser. No problems with windlass.  |

I have the 45KG Ultra on my 575. I think you will find it an excellent anchor. I have never had it slip, and it self launches quite well.
