Hello friends. I want to do service on anchor windlass on my Hanse 385 (build year 2014. hull number #277).

Did anyone do it?
Do I need to cut the plastic cover from the main cabin (check pic)? I am hoping I do not have to, since it will look very ugly. But I don't know how to aproach 4 screws which are holding the windlass otherwise...

That is how we did it. Now we have a little wodden plate with velcro below it, to close the hole.
