In our Hanse 370 we have the issue when we use the cold water, it turns hot for some seconds, before it turns cold again.

A friend, with a H370, has exactly the same issue.
When we use water again: exactly the same issue.

This only happens in the galley, not in the shower.

Any thoughts?

Does your galley cold pipe run very close to the hot pipe? It's possible that the hot pipe is warming a section of the cold pipe, particularly if the hot is below the cold. If so, you could insulate the hot pipe in that area to reduce the heat transfer.
