Here is an interesting find. The masthead 360 light on my 2014 345 is Aqua Signal Series 34, black low profile. This is a discontinued fixture (I think). However, It is only rated for 2nm. ColRegs require 3nm.

Your "mast head light" is an anchor light which only needs 2nm. The rest of the series 34 line are navigation lights and meet the 2nm requirement.
