I’m upgrading from the original (2014) all things head - including hoses, tank, and the head, itself.
Two of the four mounting bolts are broken for the head.
Q: is there an aluminum plate sandwiched into the mounting surface of the fiberglass for the head, or an alternate means of mechanical attachment for these bolts?

I need to drill out or extract these broken bolts, and I’m trying the visualize what I’m dealing with….

I can confirm that there is an aluminum plate imbedded in the fiberglass for mounting the head in a 2014 345. I was able to drill out broken/ seized bolts, drill and tap for replacements.

I had a similar issue on my 400. There is an aluminium plate in the moulding  However, drilling out the existing broken bolts is tough.  I found it easier to cut them level and slightly reposition the bowl, then drill and tap fresh holes.  This also had the advantage of giving a little more space to open the locker beside the bowl.
