Hanse 370 Hull No 562.
When there is a problem with our boats we all complain about the service we get . But I would like to say the service I have received from Navico UK
at Romsey Hampshire Tel No 01794510010 and the engineer Richard.
I had a fault with my GB40 screen at the helm it would not display, but the screen at the chart table was OK, Hence I phoned Navico at 9AM this morning to report the fault they asked me to check that I had power at the unit which I did.I rang back to say I did.
And at 2.30pm  richard arrived from Navico with a new unit and after a quick check he found that the connection to the vidio 1 outlet had worked loose which he remaid and all is well.(What Service)
The Boat is at Poole Dorset about 66 miles round trip for the engineer.
