Not sure if other 461 owners have yet to find this problem, but we've found the small black plastic protectors - set into the end of each chair leg - have an ability to be knocked off when the chairs are moved.  It used to happen frequently because the chairs are not light - so when dragging them around the black protectors wedge against the jonts in the floor panels and thereby get knocked off.

They are only affixed by a two sided tape - and we've tried a variety of adhesives to re-affix them, including sikaflex, araldite, and plastic glue.  The only one that has worked long term is superglue - so itf this happens to you don't waste time on the others.

We've also found the aluminium leg ends to which these plastic protectors are fixed, has a shallow lip.  By carefully trimming the plastic protector one can make them 'sit' into that shallow endge better than they did before - and thereby giving them some further support.

Maybe I'm the only one who found this problem - but do we warned if you do not replace them after they've come off - the bare aluminium leg ends DO mark the light wooden floor and once scratched - they look bad.

Cheers

JOHN
