A friend who may join us on our cruise from Malta to Beirut, via Italy, Greece, and Turkey, wants to scuba dive and maybe catch a fish or two for our meals.
Is this possible?
Any laws against spear fishing?

I heard something about scuba diving in Turkey... But don't remember what the problem is.
