Check out Kirkelunds post about a replacement that I believe he bought at Bauhaus in Denmark.

Yes, that's right I "stumbled" over this item at Bauhaus (Ishøj near my harbour). It turned out to be a perfect fit. As I remember, the price was about 350 Dkr. As skipper noticed, the new showerhead is shorter than the original and therefore more suitable for the small zink / bowl.  Ole Kirkelund "Amani" Ishøj, Denmark  |

Just a reminder...
That showerhead, must be moved to a frost free environment during the winter. I replaced two, now after two years. Doesn't matter how hard you try to remove the water from it. Still some water trapped and the showerhead comes apart.
