I just purchased #122, and am looking forward to both sailing her and working on her. What projects has anyone done to improve the boat (both performance and utility), and why? Any projects planned?

Hi Tom,

congratulations! I just bought 312-192 and I'm going to improve a lot: long traveller, helmstock extension, gennaker, cabling at the mast, batteries, isolation of the cooling-box, shore power, mainsheeting, genua III (no self tacking jip) .....

a lot to do!

Hi Tom

Just upgraded to 3 bladed folding prop amazing change higher speeds lower revs no viberations had fixed 2 bladed before.

Changed sails to Jeckells is it the same boat I asked myself done a run back from Yarmouth I.O.W to Jersey in 14 Hours.

Now keen to know what other go faster toys I can try.
