Good job, now you dont have to bother with some one forgetting there light.
You could even install some in youre stairs that are lit allmost all the time. They are violet and take 10 times less then the ones you have installed. Considering the price should Hanse install them in factory. Jeancharleb |

I love that suggestion of violet lights for the stairs. Do you have a web/reference number I can look up.
I bought some cheap battery operated Led lights for the table at a post Christms sale. They change colours, giving a candle like luminance. So with violet lights as well, my boat suppers will be enhanced. Charles |

Yesterday I changed the bulb in my anchor light to LED(from www.awn.de).
The problem was that I had forgotten to put the bulb in when I prepared the mast after winter storage. So I was hoisted up the mast.....

Is your company ( selling LED's) still in existence & if so do you have a website?
Do you supply to the UK?
I do not recall you having promoted yourselves anywhere other than this entry on the forum
One assumes you know the correct bulbs for a hanse 311 so presumably one would avoid problems with size, illumination etc if one purchased from you.

Hi Samuel!
I'll forward your message to Henrik and ask him to reply. I'm not involved so much in boat lamps anymore my self. I have concentrated more on various LED lists that can be fitted on booms etc.

LED lights mostly used for decorations. and LED will not give you that much of lights. Hallogen would be the good option if you are looking for lights on your boat.

I really have to disagree with you on this point. LEDs today gives you almost the same light as halogen. You cant change 1 to 1 and get same light but if you look at how many W:s each lamp consume you can litt several lamps before you reach same W: as one halogen. Go then and fit some white LED strips and you will have more light than ever. I use strips and other LEDsto light up my house and have more light that I need. So, no, LED is not only for decoration.

I don't think "Stevenjobs" owns a Hanse. I think he only wants to plant a link to his website. His opinion on LEDs is only a way to fool us to believe that he is taking part in the discussion.
He did not fool me so I have reported the post. If I am wrong I am sure "Stevenjobs" will react swiftly and tell us about his Hanse. Johan Edited by Johan Hackman - 10 January 2012 at 11:18 |
