This was in late April, it was not realy cold, but as you see we have good clothing that ofcourse is of greatest importanse for a trip like this... We even had snowclases but we did not us them...

Hi Bjoris !
I can confirm your experience with boath handeling in strong wind. I was seiling for more then 15 hr in average 12 to 16 m/s wind, and the boatspeed was around 10-12 kn most of the time. (more than 13 kn SOG at the GPS)
FANTASTIC FEELING !!!!!!!!
No problem with steering or handeling.
