Iím looking at replacing the seacocks and through hulls on my Hanse 385 built 2013. Iím considering composites either Marelon or Tru Design Ö has anyone done this on a 385 as I would be interested in what you chose and how the fitting went, especially as some of the access is tight eg the inlet seacock for heads.

We replaced three seacocks on our 2012 385 last summer. We chose the TruDesign and they have done well. We replaced the head intake, the galley sink drain, and one for the AC unit which on our boat is very close to the galley sink drain. They are smooth to operate and seem very sturdy. Our boatyard did it - not me - but they did not have any trouble installing them. I would recommend it!
