Both lower shrouds on my 312 seem a bit loose.
How can I check what the correct tension is , please?

Hi
I use this kind of rig tension meter:
From memory I start tensioning the outer shrouds to
15% breaking strength (is shown on the meter)
Then intermediate shrouds to 15%. Then outershrouds to 20%. During all this triming the aft shroud is completly loose.
Lower shrouds are very thick so I think they get 10-15%.
Used this on my old 311 and now on our 370

I use the same tension gauge.  I don't think it is as good as a Loos gauge but a fraction of the price.
I suggest you Google "Selden rig tuning" as they do an excellent free guide on how to tune all types of rig.
I haso set my cap shroud to 20% and lowers to 15%.  The lowers were very loose on delivery of the boat.
