A few questions about the toe rail attachment on the 2008 370 model:
  • What size and type Torx fastener is used for the Toe Rail screws.  Is it plain Torx (T), or Torx Plus (TP)?  What size?
  • Are the Toe Rail screws fastened into a threaded, metal backing plate or do they simply thread into/through the fiberglass hull flange that the deck rests on?  Viewed from within the stern compartment wher I can see a few exposed screws I do not see an obvious backing plate in use.
  • It appears the deck/ hull inward flange joint has a sealant between the surfaces, but was a sealant used under the actual Toe Rail (between the toe rail and deck surface)
Thanks
Mike

I saw the same as you near stern when trying to work out hull deck bonding 370 2007 , Pretty sure it’s just that grey coloured  bonding glue between hull and deck, I also thought I saw the ends of the screws protruding through with white sikaflex like material  on them

The link  is a picture of toe rail screw from outside if that helps , some creative work in a photo editor might  allow you to deduce size or torx bit required
