Fuel: 23 ohms is 23 litres 11%.
We need to fill up, wondered if it was possible to note the readings during refuelling?

What is the maximum capacity in the settings?
How much „Ohm“ does it show when filled completely? Which calibration points did you install?

Fuel tanks are a complex geometry to measure volume accurately using off-the-shelf level sensors which assume a rectangular tank. The graph below I posted elsewhere with a detailed description so will not repeat here but shows the very non-linear relationship on our 445 with WEMA sensor. Alarmingly with 30% on the gauge we only have 20-litres of useable fuel and our 220-litre tank only has 180-litres of accessible fuel including the fill hose volume. As we have Victron Cerbo measuring fuel and water volumes, we have used the calibrate functions to accurately show correct fuel volume and this is the answer to your problem ... you will not fix the sensor reading without purchasing an expensive custom sensor, you need digital display with calibration functions and calibrate it properly. Maybe Hanse should be doing that on new boats?
