If it is the pole lift it exits between the ThejGib sheet and the Jib halyard. If you are talking about the Spi Haylard, it exits the mast above the Jib Halyard.

Hello
Thanks for your answer Its not about the spinaker halyard It's installled and I know where it is down and up It could be the pole lift But as you see the sticker on the mast indicates : spi lift So why not My English is may be not good enough to know what exactly is a spi lift In French : lift could be balancine. Wich is translated by toping lift As the small rope that keep my main sail boom up So a spi lift could be a rope that avoid the spi pole to go down and keep the spi clew up My jib and spi halyards are both above the mast stay I looked on the mast between the jib sheet exit and the mast stay I did not see such a small rope coming out of the mast So that's why I'm asking any owner of a 312 where his spi lift comes out of the mast Thanks Camille Brussels |
