When I bought mine I knew I was buying a low cost product and having such low cost service.
So I go through knowing I'll have to handle everything on my own.
I'm fortunate to have a little knowledge on how yachts are build and how to fix yacht issues.
I only had to ask the dealer about gelcoat cracks which took ... 3 years to be fixed.

One of the responses spoke of largely interacting with third party manufacturers like B&G, Seldon, Volvo, etc..     That may be true,  but much of what I have experienced as problems had to do with *HOW* Hanse used those products on my boat.    The way they fused the autohelm,  the way they plumbed the industry standard JABSCO water pump, the way they installed the tank monitoring to the Wurth panel, etc.       Those decisions mattered and often limit your choices going forward in terms of moving to different brands.      That's what I would want to ask Hanse.   Not how they cut the furniture.  Not how they laid up the glass on the hull.   Not how the deck was attached.    You ask that once when buying the boat and are satisfied (or not).   The things that come back years later are different and have to do (largely) with integration of components.

Hi.  Does anyone have any direct contact info.for Hanse.
I'm now getting the dealer saying any problems ate due to misuse and not covered under warranty.
NEVER USE: Naia charters in Tortola.  Unfortunately the only dealer there.

Hi LH,

Sorry to hear about your frustrations. The Product Manager is Andreas Unger.
He responded to me once, and disappeared after that. His email is aunger@hanseyachtsag.com.

Good luck and please keep me posted how you go.

The alternative is to go to the Hans AG website and use their online form. At least they appear to be responsive. Cheers J
