Windlass Light not Working

   We recently returned to boat to find the windlass LED on the panel was not working when we had the engine running as it normally does. The windlass itself does not work.
Any ideas where to start?

The big Calira relay has a blue cable going to it, from the D+ on the alternator and this is not connected, so the green LED on it is not on!

Any help appreciated.
