To any 588 owners out there. Does anyone have a diagram of the hoses that run from the water pump to all the fixtures and from the hot water heater to all the fixtures.
Most of them run inside the floor grid and are invisible except where they exit to the fixtures. I have a leak somewhere in there (about a gallon a day), and need to figure out where it is and how to get to it. I question the wisdom of hiding all the hoses and many “T” connections inside the grid !!

I have the 575 diagram, but I suspect its wildly different given the differences in interior. |

That's frustrating. In trying to respond, I realize I don't have one either! I did have a similar-rate leak when I bought the boat. Focusing on the "find the leak" part of your post, this is what I did:
Yes -- a pain to empty the water system, particularly if you can't isolate/bypass the water heater and accumulator. But, you may want to empty the system anyways for the "fix the leak" phase. I hope it is in an easy to fix location!

Thx Jon. Good idea ! I’ll try it. Just curious what your leak turned out to be and where was it ?

The checkvalve for the city water inlet. Since then, I use that adapter hose to blow out the water system before winter and use a cabin heater & and engine bay heater during winter. I've also added an accumulator to the cold system (excellent!) and a hot water expansion tank to the hot system to avoid the hot water expansion problem.
