"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones that you did do. So throw off the bow lines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. explore. Dream. Discover." Mark Twain.

Ozzi: This is sheer perfection. We'll have to make the trip from our marina in Sidney (Canada) to Sydney some time. We have some great anchorages too, so I'll try to contribute some shots this summer.

Can I sneak in an anchorage picture although Emilia is not a 400?
Ozzi, I think the place you found looks great! Johan

Looks like a lovely spot Johan - I guess it's in Sweden, but which area?

It's in the Archipelago outside Stockholm, near Saltsjöbaden.

Doesn't begin to come close to your spot Ozzie, but here was one of our favorites so far in Key Biscayne, FL.
![]() Johan, if I may ask, what are you using to "sign" your photographs?
Regards,
Carlos

Carlos, I am using Photoshop. I put my signature in the scanner and then I paste it into my photos.
It looks as if you found a neat place to anchor too. Johan |

Thanks Johan... it looks very professional, I tend to get ragged edges when I've tried pasting my signature in... Looks like I'll have to experiment a bit to get it right!
Again, Thank you,
Carlos

As Landlocked said, we have some pretty great anchorages here on the West Coast of Canada. Here are two shots of Princess Cove on Wallace Island, a small island in the Gulf Island chain - this is the northern, Canadian extension to Washington state's San Juan Islands. Princess Cove is a dedicated marine park. One can go on shore and walk around the island on trails, etc....

It's called "Barney Narrows" on beautiful Lake of the Woods, Ontario. BLONDIE is rafted to our good friends on their CS34 - SNAFU.
