I want to replace the fixed maisheet system with a travler.

I have taken down the celing and can see the fastning. The plan at the moment is to use an Harken R27HB High Beam Track. Get an welder to make me some fastnings that i can fasten to the eksisting fastnings and slide it in the internal slide of the track.

If someone have some tips, i will be grateful.

I made the same last winter. If your boat is a 350, be aware that the sprayhood base is round and the center part is between the blockbase, so you will need to place a 1 or 2 cm extra platform on top of the original base for the old blocks. I used epoxy.

I had also fastenings made, but decided not to use them. Instead I used two bolts in each platform. It has worked fine during the season.
