All cool stuff. I hardly race my 411 but my set up is as follows.
Three to one on the jib sheet attached to the top hole with soft shackle. I use the halyard (up/down) for sheet angle fine adjustment +- 10"/ 255mm with adjustable tack line. Out haulers attached to the rail leading to aft winches for off wind sailing. My self tacker is a custom sail designed by former UK sails (now North sail) here in Sidney BC. Canada.
