460: beautiful project, unreliable organisation

   Finalmente mi è stato consegnato il mio Hanse 460.
Posso dire che la barca è molto bella, progettata nei minimi dettagli. Quindi niente di cui lamentarsi del progetto.
Tuttavia, c'è molto di cui lamentarsi:
- tempi di consegna: ordinato a ottobre 2022 con consegna prevista ad aprile 2024: è arrivato a luglio 2024
- consegna e installazione:
è arrivata a Lignano (alto Adriatico) via terra (1560 km) con un trasporto speciale: si sono dimenticati di caricare la pala del timone. Hanno dovuto spedirla con un furgone e dopo una settimana è arrivata
Avevo ordinato un serbatoio aggiuntivo per il gasolio, il serbatoio c'è ma non è collegato al motore, stiamo aspettando una risposta dal cantiere su cosa fare

	Who is your dealer? Did they do an inspection before transport? Have they done a handover to you or are they still commissioning? Once the commissioning is complete you should undertake a test sail under their supervision. Any snagging issues like the diesel tank should be documented at this point. I was missing window blinds in the saloon and cupboard doors (option) in the main cabin. Also a couple of other sail/rig and canvas issues All sorted before I took ownership, although the riggers were still up the mast an hour before I was due to leave (with tidal constraints). I assume it is the dealer (rather than the shipyard) who will take responsibility for the diesel tank connection and other snagging issues, although the yard may actually do the work.
