I just bought a 400e, there is no good place to sit while cruising.  Has anyone seen a good solution for this.

We got a couple of these.  Ratchet mechanism means you can bend it to whatever angle you want and with a slip-resistant base can place it on the side seats or behind the helm.  You can also use it on the coachroof or foredeck for those times when a little marital separation might be useful.....

i have those as well and use them while helming also, i have a small tag line on them with karabiner so they don't blow away
alternatively you can get cushions that slip onto the stanchion wires to lean against 
while in marina this year i actually used the saloon L shaped rear cushions in the same position as the picture, pure luxury!

I recommend the largest beanbag you can tolerate onboard. Ours gets used in many locations to form a comfy spot!

I think I am going to get the lifelines replaced with hard stern stations with chairs cut out.
