I was expecting to see some real photos of the new 445 by now. After all the model was announced for the boat shows in both Orust and Amsterdam, but I guess the first boat was not ready in time to make it there. Will it be in Cannes or Southampton?
Any news, rumours?

Hanse 445#001 is after Holland going to Southamton
Hanse 445#002 is on route to Cannes and Genoa boatshows
We will have it on Hamburg Boatshow in the late Oktober
It has sold very good on the first show.
I try to get more photos ASAP

Let's see what will happen with the after sale services ! Really poor until now !
It is mainly the quality control, that goes wrong. Hanse boats are all right but not finished. I've been staying for a couple of years at MYSC (Mediterranean Yacht Service Center) in le Canet en Roussillon (France), and I have been seeing and hearing so much incredible things that I think what seemed to be a nightmare with my own boat, is finally a pleasant dream beside what other owners had to go through!!! The answer is not to sale affordable boats but to sale finished and SAFE boats, and deliver the service due to the customers. |

Hi everybody,
I have sailed the 445 -- and orderd one. It's a very handy, fast and comfortable boat. I have placed the order at Trio Deniz in Istambul. I have a very good impression of their staff and facilities. The boat will be delivered to me in Istambul and I will stay in the area until every bug is hopefully detected and corrected. What needs some ideas is the storage room in the front of the boat. If you have to get something out of there, which is at the bottom with a lot of stuff above it -- in bad weather and rough sea.... Best regards - Alain P.S. Photos are now on the Hanse web site. |
