Hanse 385 - The cockpit floor /cover over the rudder quadrant and pilot motor is very soft and bending when standing on the front part of it.  Previous owner have removed the four screws holding the  cover in place, and they should of course be replaced. Has anyone had similar problem and found a solution to reinforce the cover?

I had the same problem on my 345.
I reinforced the downside with a piece of bankirai (hardwood), embedded in epoxy and polyester sheets. This solved the problem.
Be aware not to impede the movement of the rudder/autopilot by a too big reinforcement.

Thx. Will give this a go and also try to add sypport on the front side. Either with a list or with some type of dowels and then a hole on the floor side. Will post here when done.
