Ken,  I use Maguiars products - they have an oxidization remover, a colour restorer and a pure wax. For the light blue I didn't notice much difference with the colour restorer and would not waste my time again. For all applications I used a professional style electric polisher with appropriate application pads and buffers - this makes a huge difference!
 
The bottom in the pics was fairly clean but it was done about 10 month prior. I use Petit Premium and have a diver wipe it down every 3-4 weeks (usually before a race). During the warmer summer months there will be some growth if I don't do this but in the colder winter months it stays pretty clean.
 
Marcel, a crew of 8 works well to do quick, clean transitions around the marks. However, we can get away with 6-7 and for overnight races we'll have 9-10 so people can rest....
