We have on our 470 a similar problem. However it is not the airvent connection but the main connection to the deck. I believe we are able to replace the tank but given the discussion here i am thinking of a stainless steel one. Any brand suggestions?

Hi,
We experienced the same on our 470. With both airvent and main connection. We believe we can replace the tank but given discussion here do want a stainless steel one. Any suggestions on a good manufacturer or brand?

Similar problems with my 355 - leakage was fortunately minor but due to no access to septic system I had to destroy the shower room wall.

Brilliant engineering and bean counting - proper inspection hatches would have cost maybe 40€-50€ so great way to save costs too. If those had been in place I would have checked the connections and this would never have occured...
