Basically, two cupboards were added on both sides where usually a "void" is found by design. Looks great, works well.

Hi! Do you have a name of the company who made this work?

Hi Ockero,
unfortunately not. It was arranged by our Hanse-Dealer, West-Yachting (Germany). Maybe you can either ask Hanse directly or your dealer or contact West-Yachting Germany (there is also an office in The Netherlands). It seems to be a beaten path for Hanse to refer to this carpenter. Best, Norbert

Thanks for the reply. I bought a Hanse 315 yesterday, so I have a few things to sort out before I start thinking about the interior. But thanks anyway, I’ll check with West-Yachting.

Congratulations. Our Hanse 315 really makes us (mainly sailing as a couple on the IJsselmeer, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea) really happy. Easy to handle, still seaworthy (enough) and easy to maintain. We added a few extras and optimizations and - like any other boat - she comes with some compromises, but after 3rd season we are still thrilled. One caveat: Our freshwater sensor never worked properly and is about to be exchanged for the 4th time. This is a know hickup of many Hanses. It would be interesting to know, whether your sensor works and what kind of sensor is used on your boat. When is the planned delivery date?
Best, Norbert

On April 4th, I take over and sail home on Sunday, ~27NM, hopefully there is some wind that day :)

Hi!
I haven’t had time to check the water gauge yet, but I found this one – discounted price. You should be able to see the level on the plotter, but it might be possible to get the reading on the indoor display as well. Don't know the height yet, but I’m going to measure and buy one. |

Hi
I am also considering a new 315 so it is great to hear so many enthusiastic comments from other owners. We sail a 2006 315 at the moment and are looking at either the new 315/348. Unfortunately the dealer doesn't have a 315 models for us to look over at the moment. We are based on the River Hamble UK so if anyone in the area would be willing to show us their boat we'd be extremely grateful. Thanks Colin
